Ingredients
- 12 whole mushrooms
- 8 grape tomatoes, about 3 ounces
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into 12 pieces
- 1/2 small onion, cut into 8 thick wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Alternately thread vegetables onto 4 (10-inch) skewers, using 3 mushrooms, 2 grape tomatoes, 3 peppers and equal amounts of onion per skewer. Arrange skewers on shallow foil-lined baking pan.
- 2 Mix oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Seasoning and parsley. Brush 1/2 of the seasoning mixture (about 2 tablespoons) evenly over skewers.
- 3 Bake 10 minutes or until tomatoes are just tender. Brush skewers with remaining seasoning mixture before serving.
