Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Coarse Ground With Parsley Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Casero Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry's® Casero Ground Black Pepper
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place the chicken in a bowl. Add oil, lemon juice, Lawry’s Garlic Salt with Parsley, dill weed, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper and Parmesan. Toss to coat. Thread onto skewers (if using wood skewers, be sure to soak them for 30 min. first).
- 2 Preheat the grill on medium-high, to about 375°F. Clean and oil the grates. Grill chicken skewers until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning the skewers every few minutes so that each side has grill marks.
- 3 Place yogurt in small bowl. Add a pinch of Lawry's Garlic Salt with Parsley and mix well. Serve with skewers for dipping.
