- Salmon Burgers
- 1 1/2 salmon fillets, skin and pinbones removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Lawry's® Honey Teriyaki Marinade
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- Savory Mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lawry's® Honey Teriyaki Marinade

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Savory Mayo, whisk mayonnaise and Marinade in small bowl until well blended. Set aside until ready to serve.
- 2 For the Salmon Burger, place salmon in bowl of food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Transfer salmon to a large bowl. Add Marinade, green onion, garlic, ginger and breadcrumbs. Mix gently until well blended.
- 3 Line a large plate or sheet pan with parchment paper. Divide the salmon mixture and shape into 8 equal patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes to allow the patties to set.
- 4 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Working in batches, cook the salmon burgers until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from skillet.

Brush cut sides of slider rolls with Savory Mayo. Serve Salmon Burgers on rolls topped with spring mix, and any other desired toppings.
Test Kitchen Tip: For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper to the marinade or mayo mixture!
