Ingredients
- Salmon Burgers
- 1 1/2 salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Lawry's® Honey Teriyaki Marinade
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger (paste or grated)
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- Spring mix greens, for serving
- Slider rolls, for serving
- Savory Mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lawry's® Honey Teriyaki Marinade

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place salmon cubes into a food processor and pulse until the salmon is broken down into small pieces. Transfer salmon to a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup Lawry's® Honey Teriyaki Marinade, green onions, garlic, ginger, and breadcrumbs. Mix until combined.
- 2 Line a plate or sheet pan with parchment paper. Divide the salmon mixture into 8 equal patties. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 15 – 20 minutes to allow the patties to set.
- 3 Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cook the salmon burgers until browned on each side making sure the inside of each burger reaches 145°F (about 3 minutes). Remove from the skillet and hold warm.

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the savory mayo. Build the burgers on slider buns with the mayo and spring mix. Serve with your favorite side.
Test Kitchen Tip: For spicy sandwiches, add ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper to the marinade.
