- 1 cup Lawry's® Honey Teriyaki Marinade, divided

- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper crushed

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place shrimp and 1/2 cup of the Marinade in in large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Set aside.
- 2 Heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; sauté just until lightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet. Set aside.
- 3 Add green onion, garlic and ginger to the pan. Sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and the onions are slightly softened. Add mushrooms, bok choy and broccoli; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender crisp.

Add cooked noodles, shrimp, remaining 1/2 cup Marinade and crushed red pepper to skillet, tossing to mix well. Cook and stir until marinade is slightly thickened and shrimp are cooked through. Serve hot.
Test Kitchen Tip: If using frozen shrimp, thaw and drain well before marinating.
