INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Marinate shrimp in 1/2 cup of Lawry's® Honey Teriyaki Marinade for 15 to 30 minutes. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 2 While the noodles are cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp sauté just until browned (about 1 to 2 minutes). Remove the shrimp and hold on a plate for later use.
- 3 Add the green onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan or wok. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant and the onions are soft. Add the mushrooms, bok choy or kale, and broccoli to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or just until slightly wilted.
- 4 Add the noodles, shrimp, and marinade mix into the pan. Cook until the sauce is thickened, and the shrimp are fully cooked. Serve hot and enjoy!
