- 1 large onion, sliced thin

- 1 package Lawry's® Fajitas Spices & Seasonings
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 8 fajita-size (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir until tender. Remove from skillet.
- 2 Brown ground beef in same skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat, if desired.
- 3 Stir in Fajitas Spices & Seasonings and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return vegetables to skillet. Add tomato; cooked until heated through.
- 4 Spoon meat mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
