chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 package Lawry's® Southwest Chicken Chili Slow Cooker Recipe & Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken, beans and corn in slow cooker.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and tomato sauce until well blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Cover.
- 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve with toppings, if desired.
