- 2 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken parts
- 1 package (8 ounces) mushrooms, halved
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium yellow squash, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup Lawry's® Mediterranean Herb & White Wine Marinade

- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange chicken and vegetables in single layer on large foil-lined shallow baking pan. Pour marinade evenly over chicken and vegetables.
- 2 Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve with crusty Italian bread, if desired.
