Ingredients
- Pork Chops
- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup Lawry's® Hawaiian With Tropical Fruit Juices Marinade
- Cranberry Cucumber Relish
- 2 tablespoons Lawry's® Hawaiian With Tropical Fruit Juices Marinade
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place pork chops in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- 2 Meanwhile, mix bell pepper, cucumber, cranberries, onion and remaining 2 tablespoons marinade in large bowl; toss to coat. Set aside.
- 3 Remove pork chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with additional marinade if desired. Serve pork chops with relish.
