- 2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Coarse Ground With Parsley Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Mix all ingredients in large resealable plastic bag; turn to coat. Spread potatoes evenly in prepared baking pan.
- 3 Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
