- 1/2 cup Lawry's® Lemon Pepper With Lemon Marinade
- 2 pounds zucchini, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 In large resealable plastic bag, pour 1/4 cup Lawry's® Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice over zucchini; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- 2 Remove zucchini from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill or broil zucchini, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining Marinade, 6 minutes or until tender; coarsely chop.  
- 3 Toss zucchini with pine nuts, then top with cheese.
