Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon, divided
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 bars chocolate
  • 4 large marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 In a medium bowl combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt and 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon.
  • 2 In a separate bowl combine butter, brown sugar, honey and milk. Add wet ingredients into flour mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  • 3 Flour a work surface and roll the dough out as thinly as possible. Use a cookie cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into even pieces. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon on top of the pieces.
  • 4 Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350°F for 12 minutes or until darkened.
  • 5 Roast marshmallows and assemble s’more with graham cracker, chocolate, marshmallows and a sprinkle of McCormick® Ground Cinnamon.
