Hadar wrote her first cookbook at the age of six – a hint at her true calling. It wasn’t until well into her career as a Brand Manager, and after earning a master’s in marketing, that her love for cooking could no longer be ignored. She moved to NYC where she got her Culinary Arts degree, and after a short stint cooking at a Michelin star restaurant, she continued to work in recipe development, culinary strategy and culinary innovation with some of NYC’s greatest.
As McCormick’s Executive Chef, US Consumer, Hadar is passionate about connecting the dots between people and food, and about helping shape the blueprint for the future of flavor. Hadar is a plant-forward advocate (if she was a food, she’d be a cherry tomato), and is on a mission to transform many beloved McCormick recipes, making them vegan-friendly.
