After years of practice― cooking for her parents and five siblings, Christine pursued degrees in Food Science and Culinary Arts. She’s passionate about creative, new ideas for recipes and credits the science behind cooking in enabling her to develop and troubleshoot recipes for success. Christine’s favorite meal to prepare? Thanksgiving! She loves being back in the kitchen with her Mom, whipping up dinner with a few of her favorite McCormick spices - Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Thyme, and Sage - and of course taking a break to play in the annual Turkey Bowl football game with her Dad and brothers.
