Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) Simply Asia® Japanese Style Ramen Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Simply Asia® Yuzu Kosho Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons less sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium seedless cucumber, cut lengthwise into thin strips
  • 1 medium plum tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 4 ounce deli ham, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain well. Set aside. Mix Hot Sauce, soy sauce, water, and sugar in a small bowl until sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
  • 2 Whisk eggs and salt in medium bowl. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook without stirring until set on the surface. Flip and cook the other side 1 to 2 minutes longer until completely set. Transfer to cutting board. Cut into thin strips.
  • 3 To serve, place noodles in large serving bowl. Drizzle with half of the hot sauce dressing and toss to coat. Top with egg strips, cucumber, tomato, crab and ham, tossing gently to mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seed and drizzle with remaining dressing to serve.
