Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 package Zatarain's® Garden District Kitchen Lemon Butter And Herb Brown Rice With White Beans
- 1 1/2 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Melt butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
- 2 Stir Rice Mix and water into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 8 minutes. Return shrimp to skillet. Cover. Cook 2 minutes longer or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving, if desired.
