- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 package Zatarain's® Cajun Chicken Flavor Rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brown sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- 2 Stir remaining ingredients into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
