Ingredients
- 1 box cheddar garlic biscuit mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 5 tablespoons melted butter, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon Zatarain's® New Orleans Style Creole Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Stir Biscuit Mix, milk, cheese and bacon in large bowl 3 minutes or until mixture forms a soft dough. Shape dough into 9 balls. Roll balls in 3 tablespoons of the melted butter. Place in prepared cake pan.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter and Creole Seasoning in small bowl. Brush on bread. Serve warm.
