Ready in just 10 minutes, simply layer your whipped coffee mixture over milk and McCormick Vanilla Extract in your favorite glass. 1. Place boiling water (microwaved about 1 minute), sugar, instant coffee, (or instant expresso if you like it strong), in a glass bowl. Stir everything together until combined.
2. Add McCormick Ground Cinnamon and mix for 2 minutes on high with your hand mixer. Watch as it changes by the minute – it will become thicker with greater volume. After two minutes you’ll notice a fainter color and stiff peaks.
3. Grab your favorite 8oz glass (we love a good old Mason jar here) and combine milk with vanilla extract and ice. It can be enjoyed with almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk, too. 4. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Gorgeous – and delicious! Prefer hot coffee over iced? Warm the milk and don’t add ice. Note: Your whipped coffee will melt quickly over hot milk, so take your Insta-worthy pics right away!
