        Since 2000, our annual Flavor Forecast has successfully predicted what’s next in flavor around the world. We're excited to announce The Flavor Forecast 25th Edition trends: Tropical Vibes, Charred & Smoked, and Deliciously Unexpected.

The Flavor Night Market will bring the vibrant flavors of our Flavor of the Year to life with 35+ food vendors serving up creative Aji-Amarillo inspired food and beverages.
         
        Open Friday, February 21 from 4pm – 11pm and Saturday, February 22 from 2pm – 10pm ET, to the public.
