Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (16.3 ounces) flaky layers refrigerated biscuits, each biscuit cut into 6 pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices Smoky Applewood Bacon
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook and stir until eggs are almost set. Remove from heat. Set aside.
- 2 Place biscuit pieces and 4 tablespoons melted butter in large bowl; toss gently to coat. Add cheese, bacon and green onions; toss until well blended.
- 3 Arrange half of the biscuit mixture in greased 12-cup Bundt pan. Top evenly with scrambled eggs. Top with remaining biscuit mixture. Drizzle evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter.
- 4 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes. To unmold, loosen sides of monkey bread from pan with a knife. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
