- 6 slices Brown Sugar Bourbon Bacon
- 1 pork tenderloin, (about 1 pound)
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Barbecue Seasoning
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 1 teaspoon water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Place bacon in a single layer on a paper towel-lined microwaveable plate. Cover with 1 layer of paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon is partially cooked, set aside.
- 2 Rub seasoning evenly over pork tenderloin. Mix preserves and water; set aside.
- 3 Wrap tenderloin with bacon slices, securing ends with toothpicks, if needed. Place bacon wrapped tenderloin, seam side down, on rack. Place rack in shallow baking pan.
- 4 Roast 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness, turning halfway through cooking. Brush with preserve mixture during last 5 minutes of cooking.
