Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Barbecue Seasoning
- 4 hamburger rolls
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 12 pickle slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix ground beef and Seasoning until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2 Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF).
- 3 Serve burgers on rolls topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and desired condiments.
