Ingredients
- 1 pound baby yellow potatoes
- 1 pound jumbo (16 to 20 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 2 ears fresh corn-on-the-cob, cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Grill Mates Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
- 1 package (12 ounces) smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pierce potatoes with a fork. Place potatoes and 2 tablespoons water in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain water. Allow to cool slightly.
- 2 Toss shrimp, corn and potatoes with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with Seasoning; toss to coat well. Alternately thread shrimp, corn, potatoes and sausage onto skewers.
- 3 Grill over medium heat 12 to 14 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
