Ingredients
- Peach and Watermelon Salsa

chopped peeled peaches

- 1 cup chopped seeded watermelon
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- Mojito Lime Steak
- 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Marinade Mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Peach and Watermelon Salsa, mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 Meanwhile, for the steak, mix Marinade Mix, oil, lime juice and honey in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
- 3 Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 4 Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Slice steak and serve with Peach and Watermelon Salsa.
