Ingredients
- 1 package (14 ounces) Montreal Steak Smoked Sausage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large sweet onion, cut into thick wedges
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen pierogi
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Grill sausages over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes, turning frequently. Cool slightly. Cut sausages into slices. Keep warm.
- 2 Meanwhile, heat large cast iron skillet on grill next to sausages. Add butter and allow to melt. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add pierogi; cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes or until pierogi are browned on both sides. Stir in sliced sausage and spinach. Close grill and cook just until spinach is wilted.
