Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 pounds boneless pork chops, about 1/2- to 1-inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Seasoning, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade. Place pork chops in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; push air out of bag and seal completely.
- 2 Massage pork and marinade 5 minutes, turning the bag over often so meat absorbs most of the marinade. Remove pork chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Grill over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F), brushing with reserved marinade during last few minutes of grilling. Allow pork to rest about 5 minutes before serving.
