Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 package (8 ounces) prepared cheese product, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 grill mates montreal steak beef franks, sliced 1/2-inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well and set aside.
- 2 Mix cheeses and milk in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH about 3 minutes, stirring after each minute until cheese is melted and smooth. Pour sauce mixture into 13x9-inch disposable aluminum pan. Stir in cooked pasta. Cover with foil. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
- 3 Prepare grill for indirect medium heat. Place covered foil pan on unlit side. Know Your Heat : See Grill Mates® Know Your Heat for more information on how to grill over indirect heat.
- 4 Meanwhile, grill franks on lit side of grill 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. Remove franks from grill. Cut into bite-size pieces; stir into macaroni on unlit side of grill.
- 5 Cook and additional 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and creamy, lifting cover to stir occasionally.
