- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning, divided

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix butter with 1 teaspoon of the Steak Seasoning in small bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Season steaks evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons Steak Seasoning.

Grill steaks over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from grill. Top steaks with seasoned butter to serve.

• Try Montreal Seasoned butter on grilled corn, baked potatoes, grilled chicken or pork chops, grilled veggies or even on grilled Texas toast.
• Make extra Montreal Seasoned Butter and store it in the refrigerator for grilling or sautéing meat and veggies. Soften 1 stick (1/2 cup butter) and stir in 2 teaspoons Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning until well blended. Spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log about 1 inch thick. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm. When ready to grill, slice off only what you need.
