- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin or New York strip steaks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Steak Seasoning, brown sugar and red pepper in small bowl until well blended. Rub steaks with seasoning mixture.
- 2 Grill steaks over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
