Ingredients
- 8 slices Montreal Steak Bacon
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 4 hamburger rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place 2 layers of paper towels on microwaveable plate. Place bacon in single layer on paper towels. Cover with 1 layer of paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
- 2 Mix ground beef and Seasoning in medium bowl until blended. Shape into 4 patties. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each patty in the shape of an X, securing with a wooden toothpick if needed.
- 3 Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF).
- 4 Serve burgers on rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
