Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Pineapple Teriyaki Seasoning
  • Six-inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place pork in large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat. Add Seasoning and toss until evenly coated. Thread pork onto bamboo skewers.
  • 2 Grill skewers over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pork is to desired doneness. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.

    Test Kitchen Tips: Soak bamboo skewers thoroughly in water for at least 30 minutes. This prevents them from burning when on the grill.
