Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Mustard
- 2 New York strip or rib-eye steaks, 1-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Steak Seasoning, oil, vinegar and mustard in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Grill over medium-high heat 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
