- 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Smokehouse Mesquite 30 Minute Marinade

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Reserve 1 tablespoon Marinade; set aside. Place chicken and remaining Marinade in large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 2 Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- 3 Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add cilantro, lime juice, and reserved Marinade. Brush chicken with warm cilantro lime butter before serving.
