- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes (about 4 medium), cut in 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Barbecue Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Add Barbecue Seasoning; toss until evenly coated.
- 2 Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan coated with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned, stirring halfway through cook time.
