Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Coarse Black Pepper & Flake Salt Seasoning
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 sandwich rolls
- 24 dill pickle chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of the Seasoning, vinegar, brown sugar and milk in medium bowl until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 Brush chicken with oil. Sprinkle both sides evenly with 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning. Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from grill. Transfer to large cutting board or bowl.
- 3 Shred chicken using 2 forks. Serve pulled chicken on rolls, topped with White BBQ Sauce and pickles.
