- 6 small boneless chicken breasts, (about 4 to 6 ounces each)
- 6 potato sandwich rolls, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Sauce, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 For the Chicken Sandwich, whisk oil, Seasoning, vinegar and water in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Grill chicken over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temp. reaches 165°F).
- 4 Spread Sandwich Sauce on toasted rolls. Serve chicken on rolls with desired toppings, such as sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
