Ingredients
- Sandwich Sauce
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® NashvilleHot Chicken Seasoning
- Chicken Sandwich
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® NashvilleHot Chicken Seasoning
- 4 small boneless chicken breasts (about 4 to 6 ounces each)
- 4 potato hamburger rolls, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Sandwich Sauce, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover. Set aside until ready to serve.
- 2 For the Chicken Sandwich, mix butter and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning in small bowl; set aside. Sprinkle chicken evenly with the remaining 1 tablespoon Seasoning.
- 3 Grill chicken over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with butter mixture.
- 4 Spread Sandwich Sauce on cut sides of rolls. Serve chicken on rolls with desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, sliced red onions and pickles.
