Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
- 1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Substitutions available
- yellow bell peppers
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix seasoned salt and seasoned pepper in small bowl. Set aside. Spray 18x24-inch sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil with no stick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes, bell peppers and onion on foil. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Top with sausage. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
- 2 Grill over medium heat 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through, turning packet occasionally.
- 3 Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
