- 3 pounds mixed greens, such as mustard, turnip, collard and kale
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chopped onions

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Remove stems from greens. Wash leaves thoroughly. Coarsely chop leaves. Set aside.
- 2 Mix chicken broth, water, onion, turkey drumstick, seasoned salt and garlic pepper in 6-quart saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to boil. Stir in greens. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
- 3 Remove turkey drumstick. Pull meat from bone. Coarsely chop meat. Stir into greens. Cook 30 minutes longer or until greens are tender.
