        Chef Rachel Menon
        Rachel spent many days in the kitchen with her mother and grandmothers learning the art of turning simple ingredients into spectacular dishes. For Rachel, cooking is her way of bringing friends and family together and connecting with new people. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Animal, Dairy and Poultry Sciences with a concentration in Dairy Foods Technology from LSU. She also holds a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. 
         
         
        First as an extern with the McCormick Innovation Center and now as a full-time member of the McCormick Test Kitchen team, Rachel is a Culinary Development Manager who enjoys her work creating recipes and providing culinary support for her cross-functional teammates and various projects.
