INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the Chicken, preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, coat the chicken thighs with avocado oil, salt and seasonings. Heat oven-safe pan over medium-high heat and sear chicken thighs for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Transfer pan to oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes; chop into small bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  • 2 Meanwhile, for the Alfredo Sauce, melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese, stir until smooth. Pour in heavy cream, continuing to stir. Add seasonings, salt and pepper. Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer 3 to 5 minutes until sauce is thick and creamy. Remove from heat; keep warm.
  • 3 Cut French bread loaf in half lengthwise; spread garlic butter over both halves. Toast in oven at 400°F for 5 minutes until slightly crispy. Spoon a layer of prepared Alfredo sauce over each baguette half. Top each half with shredded cheese, followed by chopped chicken and crumbled bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
  • 4 Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and enjoy!
