  • 2 In a food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  • 3 Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
  • 4 Garnish with green onions and blue cheese crumbles, if using. Serve immediately.
