Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt Ranch DIp
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- Parmesan Herb Asparagus Fries
- 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with no stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- 2 For the Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip, place all ingredients in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
- 3 For the Asparagus Fries, place flour in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in another shallow dish. Mix panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and pepper in a third shallow dish. Roll asparagus in flour to coat. Dip in eggs, then coat in panko. Spread asparagus in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- 4 Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Substitution Tip: Prepare Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip as directed using 1 small clove garlic in place of 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder.
