INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with no stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • 2 For the Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip, place all ingredients in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  • 3 For the Asparagus Fries, place flour in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in another shallow dish. Mix panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and pepper in a third shallow dish. Roll asparagus in flour to coat. Dip in eggs, then coat in panko. Spread asparagus in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • 4 Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Substitution Tip: Prepare Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip as directed using 1 small clove garlic in place of 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder.
