- Tangy Feta Dip
- 1 cup coarsely crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup full-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Flavor Inspirations Tamarind Naturally Flavored & Pasilla Chile Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon assorted chopped nuts, such as pistachios, almonds or walnuts, for garnish
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill, for garnish
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Sesame Seed, for garnish
- Hot Honey Drizzle
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Flavor Inspirations Tamarind Naturally Flavored & Pasilla Chile Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Feta Dip, place feta, ricotta, sour cream, olive oil and Seasoning in food processor; pulse until smooth. Set aside.
- 2 Mix nuts, dill, parsley and sesame seed in small bowl. Set aside.
- 3 For the Hot Honey Drizzle, mix honey and Seasoning in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, or until honey has warmed and thinned out. Let stand 5 minutes for flavors to blend.
- 4 To serve, spoon Feta Dip into shallow serving bowl. Drizzle with Honey and sprinkle with nut mixture. Serve with crudité, pita chips or breadsticks.
