Ingredients
- 2 cups peeled, chopped English cucumber
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 3 cups ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place all ingredients except ice in blender container; cover. Puree until smooth.
- 2 Add ice to blender and pulse until well mixed and smooth. Serve immediately.
