- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 slices Texas toast
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons whipped butter, for serving
- Spicy Maple Syrup, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt in large shallow baking dish with wire whisk until well blended.
- 2 Dip bread slices in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
- 3 Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in large skillet on medium heat. Place 3 slices of soaked bread in skillet and cook until browned on both sides and heated through, about 6 minutes. Repeat with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and bread slices.
- 4 Cut each piece of French toast in half diagonally. Layer 6 pieces on each serving plate. Top with 2 tablespoons each whipped butter and drizzle with Spicy Maple Syrup to serve.
