Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
- 3 cups pancake syrup
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Ancho Chile Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon Zatarain's® Cayenne Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Grind crushed red pepper using mortar and pestle, spice mill or clean coffee grinder.
- 2 Mix crushed red pepper, sugar and remaining spices and seasoning in large bowl. Add syrups, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Cover.
- 3 Let stand 12 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with Kickin’ Maple Chicken BreakFEAST™ or French Toast. Store any remaining syrup in airtight container in refrigerator.
