- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Cinnamon Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sugar, butter, cinnamon flavor and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in egg. Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
- 2 Stir in pecans and apples. Spread in greased 8-inch square pan.
- 3 Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 16 squares.
