Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil. Spray foil with no stick cooking spray. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Mix brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add flour mixture; mix just until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Spread in prepared pan.
- 3 Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 12 bars.
