Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 packages (12 ounce each) marshmallows
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 cups crispy rice cereal
- 26 chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed or chopped (reserve some large pieces for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil. Spray with no stick cooking spray; set aside.
- 2 Melt butter in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium-low heat. Add marshmallows, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Remove from heat.
- 3 Quickly add cereal and cookies to marshmallow mixture and stir until well coated.
- 4 Press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Top with reserved cookie pieces, pressing to adhere to bars. Cool. Cut into bars to serve. Store in airtight container.
